Okay, so The mom has a new website of her OWN, can you believe THAT!
What does it have to do with this video we found, which by the way, we had to snicker when we saw it and hope the bean himself is Okay sees what
we cats think of time spent away from US!

Back to the point at paw. The mom has been occasionally prepping her site which she only updates here and there. Which is good for US! But we thought we would share the site for her:

When she gets on her treadmill it actually puts us to sleep. The noise or something or perhaps we are just bored. But she has some commitment to it and so we admit we are somewhat proud of her.
So if any beans out there follow in the fitness path, pounce on
over and visit or follow her bloggy.
One thing is for sure she Stinks bad after her exercising- but for some reason we Cats love her socks afterwards. Pharmons? exercise pharmons?
Sometimes we hop on the treadmill before she gets on to distract her. And sometimes we get up on the noise machine and walk around on the handles. It takes some balance but we are just supporting her!
So for her, we introduce her other bloggy.
It is NOT as active as this one. Which we LOVE!
Just a work in progress, as is exercise.

Our mom is getting ready to start an "activity" program, too. She's lost 24 pounds, but has plateaued so she needs something to jump start it again.
