We wanted to say Thank you so very much for all of the kind words for Lucky.
It has been incredibly difficult and we miss her beyond what any word can express.
She was my buddy afterall.  My lil cuddle-bug.  Mama's girl.  And sometimes I think she thought she was my mommy as well :) This is one of my favorite pictures of Lucky.  It has been helping me to look at her photos.  In them I see the good times, the innocence, the love, the lil girl who loves me with all of her heart. The kitty I was so bonded with and in the pictures her personality shines through and helps me to replace the heart-wrenching image of those last few seconds of her life. This one captures her exactly as I will remember her; pure love.  Forever & ever in our hearts.

It is still too difficult to do right now; however once able I will be doing a special post for and about my Lucky.

my sweet Lucky; the bridge.

In honor & memory- Lucky, age 6, mama's girl; found at 2 days old and been at my side ever since. Her normal, healthy, silly self, not showing any signs of any discomfort, she was eating & drinking her water as normal, she wasn't coughing up repeated hairballs, her diet was solid, she was a long-haired baby who was brushed and groomed, BUT this morning Lucky, my sweet baby, suddenly passed away from choking on a hairball that was longer than her body. She clamped her jaw tight, I couldn't get it out, and then she was gone. My eyes burn from the tears. We buried her in the flower garden. I cannot believe she is gone. It is not fair. All I can say right now.

kitten-catnapping!

the kittens are so cute today. all three are beginning to lay on their backs, belly up, and i can rub their lil bellies. their little arms and legs a-wav'n around. SO sweet. they are starting to focus their eyes now. the little white one opened her other eye today, it had been crusted over but after a couple days of neosporin it popped open. YAY! they are amazing little guys. Oh, yeh, it looks like we have 2 boys & one girl :)

We love seeing the Kitten Shine thru these Beauuuuutiful Cats♥ They're having a great time!
