yay! we were able to pay our ransom and get our carpet out of hostage today! we plopped it down here, for now, as the area it will be going into has a few more items to be moved out. junior was the first to pounce on it, dig in it, and give us her approval. this carpet is one of the final steps in completing the renovation of our garage into our new bedroom (our current bedroom will be for our future baby boy) . this is a milestone photo for us; all of 2010 was spent working toward this moment because we knew this meant once the carpet was home, the finished product is soon to follow. as of now, our bedroom is only a ceiling away from finished. we need to finish it out and we are done. link here, Star Light.Star Bright to a recent post within our adoption blog about our hands on garage-to-bedroom renovation. the cats are super excited to get the bed moved so they can proudly observe Their new hangout : )Sunday, January 23, 2011
