reflection?

Ever wondered if Global Warming stood in front of a mirror what one of its reflections might look like?

In tribute to my recent post (below) here are a couple pictures pertaining to my statement on the Polar Bears. If you can look at these and still feel okay about the environment without feeling about one.inch.tall than please by all means go refer to the suggestions I listed per said post. I will 'hyper-bold' highlight and italic tag those suggestions so one does not get lost on what to do.

For those with an aware, beating and compassionate heart the photos follow:

Thanks for visiting my site.

I am constantly astonished at the fact that people deny global warming. Perhaps it is merely the choice of words....if we said "global change" maybe that would go over better.

In any case, I live on a body of water that drains into the Chesapeake Bay, and I can personally attest to the changes in our coastal environment just in the past 20 years.

I'm not so sure they are all good.I'm not so sure any of them are good.

I hate seeing these pictures, but at the same time we must see in order to prove in order to hopefully fix.

oh my gosh! I feel like such a horrible idiot! I didn't see the writing above the pics...only the pics. I must have brought the mouse down to far and only saw the pics. Wow....I'm sooooo sorry. I feel like an idiot. I'm going to delete the other comment because I totally don't feel that. I thought it was so cute that a guy was petting a polar bear and the polar bear was letting him....I feel so dumb. :(

I do appreciate you letting me know....otherwise you would've thought I was really insensitive. :(

Wow! Wonder what that first comment said....

So sad....

Despite the fact that any one of those polar bears would rip my face off if I got anywhere near it, I would like them to not die. This is mostly because I'm not in danger from polar bears here in my Hudson Valley, NY home.

This disaster makes me feel very small.

I think you know just how much I love animals--I'd give my life for them--I'm not a firm believer that global warming is-what-it-is. I think there is so much room for disagreement in this topic (as seen by the differing views of experts). And while you definitely didn't do this, it sickens me when some die-hard believers of global warming and its causes simply discount others' beliefs and consider them stupid. If it were that clearcut the entire scientific community would agree with one another.

I'm with you on those pictures--sad as hell.

Yeah, some people get off on arguing themselves blue in the mirror, but for what. It does not change what is going on out there one bit. All anyone or anything really wants or needs is simple acknowldegment. Photos speak volumes. I agree, some people just want to push teir judgement onto you. I say, present the photo, the fact, and let it speak for itself.
